The second ‘De Nethsara’ library of the Patriotic National Movement will be opened at 10 a.m. on 19th February 2006 at Kandagodella, Devinuwara in Matara District. The first library of its kind was opened In Ambalantota recently.

These libraries are built to benefit the public who were affected by the tsunami national calamity which paralyzed these areas.

 This ‘De Nethsara’ library was built by the funds provided by the ‘New Zealand our strength’ movement. The Co-Chairman of the Movement Mr Wimal Weerawansa and the Co-secretaries Dr Gunadasa Amarasekera and Mr Buddadasa Withanachchi will grace the occasion.
