PNM leaders meet Foreign minister Laxman Kadiragamar on 12th February at Minister's official residence, Colombo to hand over the letter which handed over to UNDP Colombo office regarding UN Secretary  general Koffi Annan's condolence massage for Tamil tigers Eastern leader Kaushalyan and to discuss about the activities of NGOs' which threatened to sovereignty of the motherland.
